A75bet Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules of Use

By creating an account, making a deposit or using any service available on the platform a75bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of them, you should not create an account or use a75bet's services.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and a75bet regarding the use of the platform. All previous versions are superseded by this version, which takes effect from the date shown at the top of this document.

To create an account on a75bet and use the Sports Betting, Live Casino and poker services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an a75bet employee or its technology providers.
• Not being under an active self-exclusion on any betting platform.
• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information on the registration form.
• Not have had any previous account closed for violation of these Terms.

A75bet reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify a player's eligibility. Failure to submit the requested documents within 7 days may result in a temporary account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Accepted documents for identity verification: RG, CNH, Brazilian passport, and proof of address issued within the last 90 days. Verification is required before withdrawals can be processed.

Each player is entitled to one account on a75bet, linked to your CPF. Duplicate accounts are automatically detected and closed, with the balance held until the situation is resolved with support.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact a75bet support immediately via live chat or at suporte@a75bet.click.

A75bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account when you have contributed to that unauthorized access through negligence in keeping your credentials secure.

A75bet may require additional authentication (two-factor verification) to protect your account when access is detected from a new device or an unusual location.

A a75bet accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in BRL with no additional fees charged to the player:

• Pix — instant, available 24 hours a day, every day, including weekends and national holidays.
• Boleto bancário — processed within 1 business day after bank clearance.
• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard accepted; credit card processing may take up to 24 hours to confirm.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — processed automatically upon confirmation on the platform.
• TED Bank Transfer — available via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and any Brazilian bank; processing time of up to 1 business day.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. The maximum amount per transaction may vary depending on the chosen method and your account level. Deposits made using third-party details are automatically blocked and subject to return to the original account holder.

All deposits are credited to the account of a75bet in BRL. The platform does not accept deposits in other currencies. There is no value conversion — what you deposit in BRL is exactly what appears in your balance.

Withdrawals at a75bet are processed via Pix in up to 5 minutes for most players, 24 hours a day. Platinum and Elite VIP members receive prioritized withdrawals with even faster processing.

Conditions for requesting withdrawals:

• Account verified with approved identity documents and proof of address.
• Sufficient real-money balance to cover the withdrawal amount plus any applicable fees.
• The Pix key registered on the account must belong to the same CPF as the a75bet account holder.
• Rollover requirements on any active bonus must be completed before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The real-money balance (deposit) may be withdrawn at any time, unless subject to specific restrictions.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. a75bet may request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain amounts as part of its compliance process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

A a75bet offers a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free bets, rakeback and seasonal promotions. Each offer has specific rules described on its respective page, but the general conditions below apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is valid for a single activation per account, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 is exclusive to the first deposit of new, verified accounts.
• The rollover requirement for the sports bonus is 5x the bonus amount received, on bets with minimum odds of 1.50.
• The casino bonus rollover requirement is 30x the bonus amount received.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the activation date. Bonuses that are unused or have an incomplete rollover after this period are automatically cancelled.
• A75bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of abuse, use of multiple accounts, or behavior identified as low-risk betting intended to artificially fulfill rollover requirements.
• The weekly cashback from the VIP Program is credited every Monday with no additional rollover requirement and can be withdrawn immediately.

Cancelled bets, voided bets, and bets placed at odds below the required minimum do not count toward rollover completion. a75bet may modify or discontinue any promotion with 48 hours' notice published on the platform.

The platform of the a75bet offers pre-match and live betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores and international competitions), volleyball (Super Vôlei and the Brazilian national team), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC events featuring Brazilian fighters, e-sports and other sports.

General rules for Sports Betting:

• All bets are final once confirmed — it is not possible to cancel or modify a confirmed bet, except through the cash out feature when available.
• Bets placed on suspended markets or with incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided by a75bet, with the staked amount refunded.
• If an event is cancelled, suspended, or postponed by more than 36 hours, all bets are fully refunded at odds of 1.00.
• Bets placed on events that have already started (late bets) may be voided if it is confirmed that the bet was placed with prior knowledge of the outcome.
• A75bet may cap individual bets with very high potential payouts at its own discretion, with no obligation to provide prior justification to the player.
• Obvious odds errors (prices clearly inconsistent with the market) entitle a75bet to void the bet or correct the price before settlement.

For live betting, the platform displays odds updated in real time. During critical moments of a match, bet registration may be temporarily suspended. This is a standard risk management practice and does not indicate any technical issue.

The Live Casino games, slots, crash games, and poker tables of the a75bet use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent third parties. Results are unpredictable and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform.

Specific rules for casino and poker:

• The rules for each game are available on the game screen before any bets are placed. Please read the rules before playing.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, any bets in progress at the time of the failure will be voided and the amounts returned to the balance.
• Betting strategies such as martingale, Fibonacci, or any system designed to exploit patterns in casino games are individually permitted, but a75bet may limit bets from players whose patterns are identified as exploiting vulnerabilities.
• The use of bots, assistance software, or any automation tools at poker tables is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture.
• Collusion between players at poker tables (chip dumping, card sharing, coordination) is prohibited and subject to immediate account closure.
• Poker tournaments have their own regulations published in the poker section of the platform. In the event of any conflict, the specific tournament rules take precedence over these general Terms.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the a75bet and may result in immediate account closure, balance confiscation, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on the platform under any circumstances.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
• Exploiting technical errors or platform bugs for personal gain without immediately notifying support.
• Reselling, transferring or sharing bonuses or account balances between accounts.
• Using a VPN or any method to mask your geographic location or bypass access restrictions.
• Placing coordinated bets with the sole purpose of meeting rollover requirements at minimal risk (bonus abuse).
• Any form of fraud at poker tables, including the use of assistance software or collusion between players.

A75bet continuously and automatically monitors activity on the platform. Unusual behavior is reviewed by the compliance team and may result in a request for additional documentation or a preventive account suspension during the investigation.

You can request the closure of your account at a75bet at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@a75bet.click. Voluntary account closure is processed within 24 hours. Available real-money balances are returned via Pix to the key registered on the account, provided the account is verified.

A75bet may unilaterally close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or invalid documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or unlawful activity.
• Player identified as under 18 years of age after registration.
• Request made by the player as part of a responsible gambling self-exclusion.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, a75bet may hold the account balance during the internal investigation period. If the violation is confirmed, any balance derived from irregular activity will be confiscated. Deposit balances unrelated to the irregularity may be returned at a75bet's discretion following review.

A a75bet strives to keep the platform available 24 hours a day but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. Unexpected technical failures may occur, and a75bet works to resolve them as quickly as possible.

A75bet is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from bets placed based on the player's own decisions.
• Loss of account access due to carelessness with login credentials.
• Internet connection failures on the player's end during a Sports Betting or casino session.
• Decisions made by referees, event organizers, or sports leagues that affect the outcome of bets.
• Indirect losses, lost profits, or moral damages arising from use of the platform.

In all cases of confirmed technical failure that directly affects active bets or casino sessions, a75bet will refund the wagered amount to the player's balance in full, with no deductions.

A a75bet handles your personal data responsibly and in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Information collected is used exclusively to operate your account, process payments, meet regulatory obligations, and improve the platform's services.

No personal data is sold to third parties. Information may be shared with payment processors (to confirm Pix, boleto, and TED transactions), identity verification providers, and relevant authorities when legally required.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from the relationship between the player and a75bet will preferably be resolved through direct negotiation with the support team.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the court of the player's place of domicile in Brazil shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from this agreement, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

A75bet operates in compliance with Brazilian law applicable to online betting and entertainment platforms. All amounts are processed in BRL with no foreign currency conversion.
